Accounting You Can Rely On. Numbers You Can Actually Use.

Your books may be getting done. But are they giving you confidence?
Many established business owners have someone handling the bookkeeping, yet still feel uncertain about what the numbers are telling them. If any of these ring true, you are not alone.
- You are not sure whether your books are truly accurate, and you have no easy way to check.
- Financial reports arrive too late to be useful, or they are hard to understand when they do.
- The business feels profitable, but the cash in the bank does not seem to match.
- You are making important decisions without information you fully trust.
- Your bookkeeper records transactions but offers little visibility beyond that.
- You worry that inconsistencies or meaningful financial changes are slipping by unnoticed.
- You spend more of your own time overseeing the accounting than you should have to.
Go from wondering about your numbers to trusting them.
Dependable accounting support will not run your business for you. It gives you something just as valuable: reliable information, delivered consistently, in a form you can actually use.
- Accurate, current financial records maintained by an experienced team.
- Financial reports delivered on a dependable schedule, not whenever they happen to be ready.
- Information organized around what matters to you as the owner.
- Clearer visibility into revenue, expenses, cash flow, and margins.
- Earlier recognition of unusual changes or inconsistencies in your numbers.
- More confidence behind your business decisions, and more time to focus on running the business itself.
Ongoing accounting support, scoped around your business.
Every engagement is built around what your business actually needs. These are the core areas we support.
Monthly Bookkeeping
Your transactions recorded accurately and kept current, so your books reflect reality instead of running months behind.
Reconciliations
Bank and credit card accounts reconciled on a consistent schedule, so discrepancies surface early instead of compounding quietly.
Financial Statement Preparation
Clean, professionally prepared financial statements you can rely on for decisions, lenders, and your tax professional.
Clear, Timely Reporting
Reports delivered dependably and organized so you can understand your revenue, expenses, and cash position without translation.
Catch-Up and Cleanup
If your books are behind or unreliable, we can evaluate their condition and scope the work needed to bring them current.
Customized Support
Accounts receivable and payable support when included in scope, plus coordination with your tax professional when appropriate.
Needs like payroll, bill pay, invoicing, or tax coordination vary by business. We will discuss and scope these based on your situation.
What better visibility actually looks like.
Visibility is not a dashboard full of charts you never open. It is knowing, month after month, that your financial information is accurate and organized in a way that helps you run the business.
Know Where Money Comes From
Understand where your revenue is coming from and how it is trending, based on records that are accurate and current.
See Where Money Goes
See clearly where money is being spent, and notice unusual expenses or inconsistencies before they become bigger questions.
Understand Cash and Margins
Monitor changes in cash flow, and evaluate margins when the available data supports it, so fewer things catch you by surprise.
We provide the accounting foundation and the visibility. Reliable information will not make decisions for you, but it helps you recognize issues, changes, and potential opportunities earlier than you otherwise would.
A simple, pressure-free way to begin.

CPA expertise with the perspective of a fellow business owner.
Most business owners feel stuck between two options: a basic bookkeeper who processes transactions but offers little insight, or a large firm where they feel like just another account. You should not have to choose between the two.
Katie Thomas is a CPA with extensive experience in the accounting profession and nearly a decade as a business owner herself. She knows what it is like to make decisions with real money on the line, and she understands that business owners do not need more data. They need accurate information, delivered on time, in a form they can actually use.
Her work has earned recognition from respected publications and organizations across the accounting profession.
Is this the right accounting relationship for your business?
We do our best work with a specific kind of business. This is likely a strong fit if the following describe you.
You run an established, service-based business with growing or increasingly complicated financial operations.
You value accurate, timely accounting and want an ongoing relationship, not a one-time fix.
You have outgrown basic or inconsistent bookkeeping and want greater confidence in your financial information.
You want dependable accounting support without hiring a full internal accounting team.

Frequently asked questions
What happens during the complimentary Accounting Fit Call?
It is an introductory conversation. We will learn about your business, understand how your accounting is currently handled, discuss the challenges you are experiencing, and determine together whether our ongoing services are a good fit. If they are, we will recommend a next step.
Is the Accounting Fit Call a financial review or audit?
No. It is not an audit, bookkeeping cleanup, profitability assessment, or detailed review of your financial records. Any accounting work would be included in a separately agreed scope of services.
How much do ongoing services cost?
Engagements are customized and generally begin at $1,000 per month. The final investment depends on transaction volume, complexity, the current condition of your books, and the services your business requires.
Can you clean up prior bookkeeping?
Often, yes. Cleanup and catch-up work may be available after we evaluate the condition and scope of your records, and it would be quoted as part of a defined engagement.
Do you provide tax preparation?
Tax needs vary, so we do not assume tax preparation is part of every engagement. We are happy to discuss your needs, and where appropriate we coordinate with your tax professional so your books support a smooth tax process.
Which accounting platforms do you support?
We work in Quickbooks Online. If your books are currently on another platform, mention it when you request your Fit Call and we can discuss what a transition would look like.
Do you work with businesses virtually?
Yes. All services are delivered virtually, which allows us to work with qualified service businesses throughout the United States.
What should I have ready for the call?
Just be prepared to talk about your business: how your accounting is currently handled, what software you use, the pain points you are experiencing, and the type of support you are looking for. You do not need to send financial statements before the call unless we request them separately.
How quickly can we get started?
Timing depends on our current capacity, the condition of your records, and the scope you need. We will give you a realistic timeline during or shortly after the Fit Call.
